Shipping & Returns

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We ship UPS ground or USPS within the continental USA and Canada.. We DO NOT make any profit on shipping and the rates are calculated by the carrier at check-out based on the weight and size of the product. Free shipping applies to orders over $75 in the USA excluding instruments due to their size and fragility.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return an item in its original condition and packaging. It must be postmarked for return within 15 days of our outbound ship date and include a copy of your receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable, inbound or outbound. Shop Iconic Austin brands reserves the right to refuse any item for return that appears to have been used, was purchased fraudulently or is not returned within the specified time. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
Items will usually ship within 24-72 hours. If you haven't received a tracking number in that time frame, check your voicemail and spam because we may be trying to reach you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
At this time, we can only support shipping to Canada. We do not ship to other countries or to third party freight forwarders.  Both your shipping address and your credit card must originate from the United States or Canada.

WHAT STATES PAY SALES TAX?
Wild About Music is located in the state of Texas. All merchandise and services shipping to a Texas address are subject to the state sales tax. The rate is 8.25%. Shipments going outside of the state of Texas to states that are part of the streamlined sales tax act may be charged sales tax according to state requirements.  

HOW WILL MY PURCHASE APPEAR ON MY CARD STATEMENT
Since this website is the home of all four of our store concepts, you will see WILD ABOUT MUSIC and/or SHOP ICONIC AUSTIN on your account statements.

CAN YOU SHIP FUDGE & CANDY?
Due to the spring and summer hot temperatures, we regret that cannot ship candy or carbonated sodas at this time of year.  All of our candy products must be picked up curbside at our Austin Texas store.  *Note there are a few exceptions and they will be noted in our SHIPPABLE CANDY section.
